The Belgian ceramist Vincent Beague (born 1955) is
a former student of Daniele and Xavier Duver (France) and
Christiane Lebrun (Belgium). He has had solo and group exhibitions
in a number of European countries and furthermore received
several prizes in Belgium, including first prize at the Andenne
Biennale both in 1994 and 2004.

Celadon on Porcelain.
"For a long time I worked with a variety of glazes: in
thick layers, in superposition, in juxtaposition - as a decoration
where the exterior skin is applied to the body of the object.
Celadon on porcelain is for me the contrary. Now the pure
form is coming to light - no more upper and lower layers.
